Maps

St Peter's is located on the south side of the High Street, opposite the widest of the gardens and footpaths from the High Street to the Loch. The building is slightly set back from the street. The church is very much part of the High Street: to one side is a fish and chip shop, and to the other a hairdresser's.
By train?
Even on Sundays, train services from Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling are frequent. For details, see
scotrail.co.uk (or telephone 0870 606 2031).
From the station, head downhill, then along the High Street towards the Palace and the Cross Well. St Peter's will be on your left, some 500m beyond the Cross Well.
By canal?
The canal basin is immediately north of the station; head downhill, past the station and follow the directions above.By car?
Linlithgow is just off the M9 Motorway. From Edinburgh exit at Junction 3 (locally, "Burghmuir"), from Glasgow or Stirling exit at Junction 4 ("Lathallan"). Follow road signs for Linlithgow, which will lead you onto the High Street, where the church is.
Parking
The nearest car parks - presently still free of charge - are to the east by Linlithgow Palace (Kirkgate), or to the west in the Water Yett. Both are a short walk from the church building.
During the working week there is limited short-stay parking on the High Street (maximum stay 30 minutes); there are no restrictions on Sundays.
